Borderlands 2 with Force and Micah, still XIV, and just started Valkyria Chronicles today, which I'm absolutely loving so far.

Caius Ballad
Recntly played a ton of GTA V, but that's on back burner for now. At the present I'm playing the Xbox version of Diablo 3, and also Halo 4.

Both are games I've never gotten to try before so I'm quite excited.

EDIT: I would like to reinforce the notion that GTA V is an amazing game. If open world games interest you even a little bit you have absolutely got to play it.

Just wished the first 4 hours wasn't just railroading tutorials

You know you can turn of the tutorial when you start a new game right?

What, then fuck up my whole playthrough by bodging the early stages of the game? Hell naw. :monster:

What I'd appreciate the most would be tutorials integrated into the game without having to restrict half of my base-building capabilities and then drip-feed it to me over the course of a bajillion missions, :monster:

Finally got around to playing Fire Emblem: Awakening. My god this game.

Also healthy doses of Dota 2 most nights.

Nothing. I'm a bad gamer.
Though I have been planning on buying (the Oct 2013 standalone re-release of) the indie game The Stanley Parable after my friends showed me Markiplier's LP: it should keep me entertained and mindfucked for a while. It's only 15 bucks and was very critically successful.

Fire Emblem: Awakening.

did you play path of radiance or any of the SNES games?

if you don't mind old games, FE 4/5/6 are really worth playing as they can prove fairly challenging. though they're still not hard. with some pragmatism and strategy they're all straightforward really.

path of radiance isn't hard either, but it's a terrific game with some great characters and it has aged well.

awakening was everything the casual FE player could want—but it's actually a good game in spite of this, which impressed me.

Platinum'd Deus Ex: Human Revolution Diretors cut. The commentaries were really interesting, but like annoyingly placed. You have to press select to start them and 9 times out of 10 they're placed right at a section where being able to hear or focus is important. Like say when there's a timer running and you're trying to stealth about the place. But it's still an amazing game, go play it.

Now playing Rayman Legends. Just completed it tonight (all the main levels) still need to get all the teensies and gold cups. Man some of those levels are haaaaaard. Great game too though, I recommend it.

This is actually my first time playing a Fire Emblem game though I've always observed it from afar. I was hooked in by the incredibly positive reviews from all across the nets.

I'll have to try going backwards through the series as soon as I'm done with this one, although I have no idea if that's going to be anytime soon. :aah:
