I went from weighing 168 pounds to 136. And in a healthy way, over the course of... many, many months. I dropped a lot of my unhealthy eating habits *and* drinking habits. It actually feels nice to be drinking juice/water/tea instead of 8 million cans of soda. And I tamed my coffee drinking to one cup a day instead of like... 5 c:

Most of all, I really do feel better about myself. Just because... I accomplished something and feel happy about it.

Video Games Live was awesome as usual. My dad found the 'gaming subculture' absolutely fascinating, was fun trying to explain all the stuff to him ("Why is that person dressed up like a block?" "He's from Tetris." "What's tetris?" "Ya know, that game with the falling blocks and you have to make lines and stuff." "But all the other costumes are way fancier, why did he win the contest?" "Because it's Tetris!" "But he's just wearing a bunch of cardboard boxes." "TETRIS, DAD.").

Also, hitting things with a sledgehammer. Yay demolition!
