According to YesAsia and Play-Asia it is region A. Also the first Advent Children prints didn't have region codes printed on it either, but they were DVD Region 2 locked. I'm just saying people should seriously wait for confirmation before preording to Europe. It would suck to buy something and it didn't work.

play and yesasia always display a region code regardless of region free-ness.
Same as Amazon. :monster:
cdjapan lists it as region free.

It'd simply be weird, having any big distribution company handing out region-free anything. Business point of view it doesn't make sense to do it. The only things I've ever seen with Region-Free are pirated DVDs.

Uhm, there's loads of region-free Blu-Rays.

I ordered Resident Evil Degeneration a while ago from the US. It was region-free as well.

Almost all of my other BD movies are region-free too, with the exception of the Disney movies (Pirates etc.)

We'll only know for sure when we get the movie, but I think it's safe to assume it's region free. The back cover of the Japanese version lacks any signs of region lock and it seems the US version will be region free so there's reason why it shouldn't be.

If it's region locked... I'll kick a turtle. o_o

Isn't it weird that the Japanese and American releases are separated by a month and a half, and the American and European releases are separated by only 8 days?

No, not really - in fact, I wonder why there's even a delay at all between a US and an European release. Okay, perhaps the European version needs additional subtitles and whatnot, but still - they could do that at the same time they'd do, for example, the English dubs and pre-production and whatnot.

But then, wouldn't it make sense that the UK get it first instead of France, considering that in this case, the movie needs not only additional subs, but also dubs?

Yeah TLS Shop is power by Amazon so it's almost the same thing except TLS gets...something...how much now?

A European release in June. If that's really true, then wow. Nevertheless I won't fuss about it. (Hopefully) tomorrow my Japanese ACC package should enter my mail.

er, 4 to 15%, although the latter's only for stuff bought from some subsite of Amazon that sells purses and shoes. So at most, it's more like 4 - 10%, inclined more to the former than the latter, :monster:.

Still though, 4% on an action figure that costs $200 is quite a bit.
