Sorted. I wanted to set up your mod permissions so you can do name changes too but vBulletin isn't letting me and I'm too tired to fight with it tonight.

You do, go to his profile and you're going to see an option that says edit user profile. You'll be taken to the admin cp and can chance his username there.

I tried it before, but I didn't see an option to save changes so I just logged out. How do you know if the change has been done?

You have to scroll to the very bottom of the page to find the save option.
