Am I the only who gets chills from that "I am your living legacy" and then Zack disappears like so freaking awesome cool style and Cloud jumps and the how the music changes. Man that is sooooooooo awesome :awesome:

I can only say this is the best fight scene in the entire Compilation of FFVII, and...the best duel between Cloud and Sephiroth. It is truly...epic and complete.

Did anyone notice that Sephiroth fucking bleeds during the hits of Omnislash V.6? And looks pissed off, confused, and scared?

They also added an effect where when Sephiroth is defeated and floats there..it's as if he's evaporating away...in smoke. It's really cool.

Indeed, the fight is now *Sith emperor voice* COMPLETE!

It also feels right that now Cloud has a limit break move which we can not use in a game (i.e. Dissidia's Omnislash Ver.5). Makes it feel more special somehow.

My spine chilled right before the Cloud-Zack meeting ended. I watched this without subs, not knowing sufficient japanese, but listening to the ending of Crisis Core so many times made me hear that Cloud's words in ACC was a play on his final words to Zack in CC. Or at least, I am fairly confident of this. I have a good guess of what he says but I don't wish to make myself a fool and guess wrong

Like that smoke/mist that came out of Kadaj when he fuses the materia in his arm or when he fuses with Jenova's remains.

Anyway, I do not regret watching the movie without subs. I got the jist of the awesomeness when Cloud and Zack were talking.

13 strikes... I get the whole thing to be 13 strikes. But that was just a one-time check. I don't want to remove the awesomeness of the attack by watching it too many times (like I did with Omnislash Ver 5, uye)

I just cringe when I see the sword go through his foot like that. I know it's fantasy and all but I'm amazed Cloud could still move after taking all that.

Wait! Isn't Cloud carrying First Tsurugi too? SRSLY.

No. Cloud is carrying the full fusion sword.

First Tsurugi is not and has never been the name of the full sword.

its the name of Cloud's sword. only thing is i think its a codename because the sword never really had a name, let alone have the name mentioned in the movie. :joy:

And it wasn't just his foot, either! After it comes out the top of his foot it goes through his lower leg, out his upper leg, and then Cloud grabs it to stop it from going into his face. Then, while it is still there, Seph decides to whip him over his head and THROW HIM! I mean man, I knew that Cloud would be taking some damage in this fight, but it went WAY further than I thought it would.

Anyone want me to take a screen cap of the sword going through is foot/leg? Or are you all satisfied? XD

Also did anyone else notice that Cloud bounced when he hit the rooftop? XD

The only problem I have with it, unless it is just the quality of the video, is you can see the Negative Lifestream waving on the screen at the beginning of the fight, Where the viewer is watching the two fighting on the roof top at a distance.

Geez, that was fucking nasty. Saying Sephiroth wasn't trying to kill Cloud as best as he could is bullshit at this point.
