Is it really a good idea? IMHO it will prolong the waiting because you'll be reminded everytime that it's still kind of far away. Add the countdown when it's not far off (10 days?).

I'm not thinking of Remake release on a constant basis, so if a month passes and I think/am reminded about it, the fact that it's now a month closer will be appreciated xD

I made this back when we thought we'd get some news during the 20th anniversary. Only issue I'm having is the number display for the hundred placement in the number of days...since from what I can tell the script wasn't designed for more than 2 digits per placement (original script here: https://jsbin.com/ACuSANi/6/edit?html,css,js,output). So it displays 059 instead of 259 days....
