Deus Ex: Mankind Divided ANNOUNCED

So apparently the release date for Mankind Divided has been bumped up to August 23rd, 2016. https://www.deusex.com/news/Deus-Ex-Mankind-Divided-New-Release-Date
They're saying they're confident and proud of the game so far, but they still want to spend extra time fine-tuning it to get it to being the best it can be in order to not disappoint anyone. While I was looking forward to the early release next year, I suppose waiting a few more months isn't going to break me....
I'm hoping this game will have a bit more feel of the original to tie the two together. I loved Human Revolution, but I still like the first one the best so far.
Well, I'm glad I haven't pre-ordered it or anything yet.
I'll just wait 'til it comes out.

That is quite the gap. I read about the change but didn't know the actual date because I couldn't check at the time, but I was expecting like May or something. To go from February to August is pretty wow 0_0

Looking forward to this game, the last one was really good and washed the taste of Deus Ex 2 out of my mouth. Not really sure what to expect for this one.
It would however really make my day if we saw like a very young (pre-augmentation) Gunther Hermann. Not in any kind of big role, just as a like a little wink to long time fans of the series.

I know there was a character in the Boba Fett Star Wars novels (or it may have been short story collection) that was a merc that had a cannon for a head. Remember he couldn't talk and just had a little type display to communicate. Forget the details, but I think he was the last of his kind or some bullshit.

I never did. While I enjoy these games, I am not great at them. So doing these games with non-lethal weapons is just a step to far for me.
Now part of that is based in the first game. Where in my first experience with it, I found that knockout darts made NPCs run around attracting attention before knocking out. I later learn that if you put your first points (during character creation) in to small arms this isn't an issue.

I always like to challenge myself by trying to make things as non-lethal as possible. I always took the tranq crossbow darts on Liberty island because it's fun. 
And the NPC's in that game are adorably dumb anyways.
I'll be trying to keep things non lethal in this next game too.

There's been all sorts of demo reviews and shit. The game is coming out next month, haipu.
However, here's a funny little tidbit:
When you complete the game on hard, you unlock "I Never Asked for This" difficulty, which is a harder game mode in which you can save your progress but if you die the save file gets deleted and you have to start over. Holy shitballs.

The game is out now and shockingly I don't have it yet XD. I'm busy with work, but it's coming tomorrow. I'll probably play a bit after work and post impressions.
Both fan and reviews-wise everythings been really positive so far, so I'm quite excited. I just wish I didn't have so much other shit to do this week.
