The image wasn't fucking porn. No genitalia or nipples were visible; just because it demonstrates the two of them in a, erm, compromising position doesn't mean it violates the host's terms of service. It was spoiler tagged so it should've been fine. Hell it was less extreme than the C/T one that got posted, where part of the nipple was visible.
edit: note that there was one that did have nipples visible that was encased in a spoiler tag, which I didn't notice originally. However, even then there's still a flagrant double standard on the part of staff since the C/T image referred to in this post, and linked in my next one, also contains nipples.

if I have my way it'll be restored and Terra's infraction reversed. The picture in Faith was just as suggestive and the only thing that was done to it is it was placed in a spoiler tag, and not even because it was suggestive but because it was too wide. In fact I'm tempted to repost the images myself because it demonstrates such shameless hypocrisy or ignorance on the part of staff that someone actually got an infraction for posting them.

Ehh, I wouldn't say they were any more explicit than xAerith's pic though. Certainly not worth an infraction, since the first pic established the standard that nipples even in a sexual context were fine (Cloud was licking Tifa's nipple in the C/T image, recall), and hito's post established that risqué images that don't actually show genitalia/breasts are fine. The only thing I can find to quibble with is that the second wasn't in a spoiler tag.
