Disappointed in Mod Response

I like it when I come into a thread fully expecting to thank a post and wind up thanking a bunch all in a go instead. As for the call for bans, I sorta agree with Omega in that giving someone an infraction and then changing your mind and dropping the ban hammer would be a bit uncool. I certainly wouldn't lose any sleep to see the back of this person, but action has been taken so perhaps we should let that action take its course before further action? Still thanked posts regarding a ban, because I like to think that would have been the first action suggested had everyone been as informed then as they are now.

I haven't had a spare moment to look this ower. I didn't even know about it until (my) mid-afternoon when I checked really briefly from work, and I haven't gotten any opportunity to look at any of the threads properly, or in real time with people responding. I probably won't get an opportunity to check it out until late tonight, after I get home (if I decide to stay up until ____AM looking them over). It's my spring break right now, so there's a good possibility that I'll actually have a little bit of time to do that, since I don't have class in the morning.

Either way, sorry I've been unhelpful in getting this handled.

We are still currently discussing the exact nature of what to do with Yoshi, but the consensus is pointing to 'No, not for this one, but the next time anything of the sort happens.'

Hell, I'm gonna go ahead and say the next time you see/ have trouble with her, in addition to making a report about it, PM me, and I will make sure something gets done about it.

If it is apparent that she has bothered Tiff (or, for that matter, anyone else who has clearly told her that they do not want to be bothered any further, though for anyone other than Tiff I will need to be provided with evidence of this) I will be more than happy to drop the hammer on the spot, since it's more than apparent that the staff consensus is "ban on next offence".

Well she isn't bothering me *now* since her last post in the ruins your day thread which if you all will have noticed, I did ignore. I agree since you guys already sent her a PM yet again, as long as she leaves me alone I am *HAPPY*. I am fine with her posting on the Forum even if she wants to, as long as she does not speak to me in any way, shape, or form.

So yeah - I think it's fine to let her stay, if she's not bothering me (and others?) then there is no problem. If there is one in the future, we now know what to do. ^^

It's late, but I just wanted to toss in my quick 2¢.

I think that now that it's been clear, it's a clear warning, and a ban on the next offense, especially since Tiff's expressed the same sentiment. Also- don't ever be afraid to PM us about this stuff. I would be more elaborate, but I am quite tired and everyone seems to have covered this in significant detail already.

By the way, I should like to make myself clear about my previous post: I'm perfectly okay with just leaving things for now, but when I say 'ban on the next offense', I'm talking *permanently*.

I recall there being an issue aaaaages ago with this guy that showed up and started harassing one of our oldest (and sadly, a no longer present and much missed member), and the guy was permabanned within HOURS (Alex got banned for telling him off rofl). Point being that that, imo, is what's called for here.

Is this agreeable?
