1. As someone who's admined many forums before, no one EVER does this no matter how much you ask.

Believe it or not, some people do here. And believe it or not, the Staff takes all of them seriously and we look at every single one of them.

2. I know I've done my share of this but.. yeah I agree, it does get old when it's in every thread. You'd have to have a damn good spam rule though.

It gets old period. If I had to say a bad thing about this community, its that you guys have no sense of discretion and you don't know when to stop when it comes to humor. Like I said, you guys take something that could be chuckle worthy (for like, one post to comment on it, tops), and drive it utterly into the ground with about a page full of spam and hyuck hyucks and imagespam.

Shit from 4chan and ihazcheeseburgers is not funny. And besides, keep in mind that when you guys are doing that, that's an entire thread that you're fucking up that others may have wanted to participate in. It's seriously not cool.

oh and as far as the Mod thing goes, I guess you guys werent familiar with the ACF "Members Choose the Next Mod". I was on the list for it and I got taken off of it and then warned because I told the Darkbeat to just give me the position since everyone else doesnt stand a chance. X-SOLDIER was a member during that period of time and that was the joke. If you check the Visitor Messages on his Profile you'll see the only thing I asked him to do regarding the RP Forum was to make it so that you could edit their own post within the section without having to acquire 50 or 100 post...or whatever it was.

then I guess everyone here should feel welcomed but I really dont see that happening. Now despite what you may think, I have a natural interest for Final Fantasy, how is it do you think myself and most of the members that are in my RP came to be in ADVENT CHILDREN FORUMS. I didnt start RPing until a year after the forum was made and some of the people like Slader and CW were there doing the same time period.

Now regardless of whether or not these ppl have more knowledge of FF than you, it would never matter. Why? because I have a connection to them, so we can really stop beating around the bush here. That connection is the real reason sparking this BS, and new members dont deserve to be treated like that. I honestly doubt that you guys were shunning everyone that came here with little or any knowledge of Final Fantasy before this happened.

I initially had a problem with Shikaru Kuto because of his comments on something which the RP collective have put alot of effort into. However, Satsu made a point about the need for varying levels of RP, and I conceded. I respect that people who are used to different levels of difficulty are both going to ardently defend their position on the subject, and it's not my place to kick off if other people enjoy it. That said, I've just been avoiding the new intro threads because I don't want to start anymore drama, and I'm sure that's something you can all understand.

I don't mind new members, as long as they contribute to any section of the forum, I don't care. I mean, I barely contribute anywhere except the RP forum, I'm one of the notorious image macro spammers.

One of these people actually said "I'm only here for the RP" I mean what the fuck.
