I'm guessing there is an circumstantial element to it, since most of the time they measure it in BMI, but that doesn't account for waist to hip ratio nor relative fitness (like with sumo wrestlers). So yeah, I'd agree overweight-ness can be sorta gray from a health standpoint. I also read something a while ago saying that being slightly overweight is actually healthier since it makes people more resilient to stress. I haven't followed up on that line of study, though.

I am also so tempted nao to poast Weird Al's Fat video and contradict everything I just said.

They've banned a number of games due to violence or nazi references. Although the list isn't as long as I thought it would be. But a lot of the violent games are toned down over there - Carmageddon had robots instead of people, lots of games have green blood instead of red, etc.

Although Australia's got more banned games, mind. Fallout 3 got its drugs removed and replaced with something other than syringes to be released in Australia, for example.

No games have been banned for their fat content yet, though.
