May 2017 though. They did say they were going to change the character designs a bit. So it might look completely different now.
I hope not. That looks pretty much like Advent Children Cloud but with the original outfit.

Honestly this looks a tad better than the FF7:R design to me. His hair seems a bit different, more volume and better shaped. Also naturally his clothes are different but they are baller status.

You mean it looks better than the one we saw in the footage late 2015? I'd agree. I thought Cloud looked a bit weird in that footage. Too skinny. Hair looked weird and clumpy. Facial structure was a bit off.

Because it's not sharp on that side. This is why I hate so much when they show the blade upside down in Dissidia and such

We've already seen how his run cycles look like in game, they have the sword swing up and out to the side while moving to avoid his legs/feet clipping through the sword. They did same in Crisis Core IIRC.

Looks like his right arm is constantly bashing into it, moving it out of the way so his leg is cleared. Ouch XD
