has there been details of what the boost features are? because that's mentioned on the scan (max level, max gil, hp/mp/atb/trance gauge maxed, high speed mode, auto learning abilities, no encounters)

Wow. They really have made this game actually worth replaying for the first time in 15 years.

I've been told that it's been released on the smartphone; Apple Store and Google Play and that there's a 20% off deal going on between February 10 to February 21. Since I don't currently have any device at hand to check the stores (they keep telling me I can't look since I'm not looking at it through a compatible device

I'm definitely waiting for the steam release. I despise mobile gaming (specifically, gaming that is SUPPOSED TO HAVE BUTTONS BEING ON MOBILE UGH).
Having said that, the video shows they put a lot of thought into how "buttons" work on mobile, which I'm very pleased with. The FFVII equivalent is just a mess of semi-transparent shit all over the screen. Also boo to that person for using the default grey menus. BOOOOOOOO.

Also I wouldn't really consider blue complimentary to FFIX's general colour scheme XD. The colour I most associate blue with is FFVII, but that's probably just because of the default menus. For FFIX they should have gone with either white or that bizarre tan/gold colour in the logo.
