And yeah, I'm pretty sure it's not as obvious they're siblings as in the books - they're actually tricky to recognize if you're not really into it, .

Yeah, well they didn't have the budget to shot Tyrion and Robb's battle scenes, I'll wait and see how they handle a season full off war and CGI dragons before being convinced they'll be able to continue this for a 10~ seasons.

Besides, they won't continue for that long. The series will catch up with Martin's writings (who will only be distracted more by the series and fangirls offering their virginities and other such perversions) in five years, and Martin will probably keel over and die before finishing the book series, .

Still, I like that they like. How popular is it compared to other series btw?

Karl Davies cast as Alton Lannister. This is not a character that exists in the books, but it is being speculated that he will be a replacement for Ser Cleos Frey, with his father becoming a Lannister and his mother becoming a Frey.

Relevant would be: Stannis, Davos, You-know-nothing-Jon-Snow Ygritte, Vargo 'Thappireth' Hoat, and a bunch of others I've already forgotten about already .

Also, with the scene (wildlings, the Wall, etc) I just re-read again, they could do with a LotR-like budget and CG crew, I mean, fuck. That's movie material right there.

The only of these that have been cast, as far as I know, are Stannis and Davos. Brienne, Melisandre, Margaery, and what appears to be Cleos Frey under a name change have been cast as well, and it is possible that Asha Greyjoy (who will also be receiving a name change) has been cast as well, but I haven't seen official confirmation of this. According to Wikipedia the confirmed roles are:

Asha's name change to Yara was confirmed last week or something. It has now been confirmed that Gemma Whelan (Gulliver's Travels, The Wolfman) has been cast in the rôle. She's one of my favourite characters so I'm hoping she does a good job.

Asha is one of my favorites as well but I don't understand why the name change.

Probably because it's likely to sound almost identical to Osha in the accents many of the characters use on the show. Though I don't understand why they didn't change Osha's name instead; thus far she's been a much more minor character.
