fhtagn. Where does that stat logger thing run on? Would it be possible to install a listener on the TLS server that logs ALL THE THINGS and runs daily stats builds?

The program is mIRCstats, which has parsers for a number of different IRC clients, including mIRC (obviously) and Trillian, which Ryu uses.

The idea of running a logging bot has come up a number of times, but I feel that as Ryu is logged on with one account pretty much all the time anyway, it would be a lot of effort for not much return.
