2nd is a good improvement. More of a neck and a right shoulder, has a bit more shape. Hair is also nice, it's more distinctly flowing than the first one (partially to do with the lack of detail in the hair of the first)

I will love to see the end result of this.

I wanna see it finished. The second version has all the mistakes I would have pointed out corrected, so I think it's time for you to color it!
