Wasn't too bad at all, but suffers from the critical flaw of making the first half of the film stronger than the latter which wasn't quite disappointing, but left me expecting more.

Also Canoe Reeves didn't suck.

battlefield earth was originally a 1000 page book by lronhubtard in the 80's.
john travolta made it into a movie due to his immense brain washing.
he invested millions of his own money into it and it ofcourse flopped itself to hell.

Repo! The Genetic Opera. Saw it two days ago, after I had been waiting to see it since last July or August.

I still really love the soundtrack, and Terrance Zdunich was amazing in it, but it felt really rushed and had too many gratuitous scenes. D: I still recommend it, though.

Before that, I saw The Spirit. While it was... pretty, the storyline had a lot to be desired. But at least I can say I've seen Samuel L. Jackson in a Nazi uniform on the big screen? I don't know.

Resident Evil Degeneration. Good movie, and good zombie moments. However, I find Angela and her partner greg to be the stupidest lot to accompany Leon since Ashley. I mean seriously.. Who goes guns blazing into a room full of Zombies and who seriously shoots a zombie leg when you obviously realize that it cannot communicate with you. Lulz, I also find Angela to be quite stupid in the rescue mission but makes up for it in the climax.

Sweet merciful Christ. And I found Ashley to be one of the most annoying and retarded supporting characters since ever.

That said I do kind of want to see Degeneration, kind of like a guilty desire thats been gnawing at the back of my mind for a couple of weeks now. This hinges on me being able to afford any new movies tho.

God damn, it's so hard to shoot shit all with her infront of you when you specifically ordered the AI to be BEHIND and NOT INFRONT of you. Same goes for Angela and Greg, SHOOT THEM IN THE HEAD. NOT GO RAMBO AND SAVE THE UNDEAD.

I got it online. Though will compensate on purchasing it along with RE5 if I can ever get my bloody PS3 and PSP.

She pissed me off to such an extent she ended up being murdered more often than any of the enemies. Stupid woman.

I'm sure I saw it for sale in a shop today actually, but I bought Iron Man instead Which is indeed a good film too! I wasn't expecting it to be as enjoyable as it was.

Iron Man 2's gonna be more grand. Though we lost War Machine.1 and got him replaced by a better actor.


I'm thinking of going to see the Wrestler starring Mickey Rourke. Seems like my kinda film.

Just watched it last night and no kidding. They accuse Leon of not even looking military, well they sure as hell don't! What part of "shoot them in the head didn't make sense to them.

Still though, enjoyable movie, I liked the quick flashbacks to Raccoon City. Not to mention merely seeing a Resident Evil movie that bore more than a passing homage to the games.

Rather than give their lead character 'omfg u cant touch this' powers that make her invulnerable to absolutely everything. Kills absolutely any investment the audience might have in any life or death situation involving Alice because before we know it she will have pulled some other X-Man's ability out of her ass.

I like that they got don cheadle to play rhodes/war machine , but i really got used to the actor used in the first movie.Since i bought iron man ive been hooked , i watch it atleast once every week and it never gets old (feels like sy with cloverfield ;_; atleast iron doesnt give head aches).

Either way i hope war machine makes an appearance in part duece , atleast at the end lol.

I like the direction that took. lol X-man.

Paul forgot the one thing that made the RE series grand was it's realistic portrayal of characters. Military men or students with knowledge of firearms. Not a series of X-men mutants who can pull OVER 9000 amounts of BS out of their asses.
