IMO, Rinoa is very sweet and kind and she cares about others alot. Plus she helps Squall break down his anti- social shell, and help him trust in others. Plus she had no militarily training like the rest, and it's one time it's her fault that she gets into trouble. Okay, she shouldn't really be doing things like SeeD does, but she's naive. <3

Honestly IDK who would win between them. Rinoa has her sorceress powers, but Tifa could kill with her moves <3
