Your "point of view" is irrelevant. Damnit, its not a hard concept to grasp.
Spoilers need to be hidden for people who don't want to be spoiled. Ergo, spoiler tags. Use them and stop being inconsiderate.
@Ashes
And there's no debate. All a person has to do is use the spoiler tags. It's not that hard to do. It's a rule. And one that any user should be able to follow.
This. definitely. I'm a firm believer in whatever happened, happened and I haven't seen any indication to believe that Jack's plan to detonate Jughead is nothing more than what was always meant to happen, and the cause behind the cause for the crash of his own plane 30 years later. Because Lost bums delicious irony like that
Oh hell, another spoiler User Name? Do I have to ban you from this section in order to make you get it? That's the second report I got. And the second time I had to edit your post. Either use the tags or don't post. Seriously.
Out-of-place spoilers have been against the rules since the board was started pretty much, and the rule has been consistently enforced afaik, but I don't know why they're not listed in that thread, thanks for pointing that out. Dacon definitely is not just "making stuff up on the fly" though and implying otherwise is pretty damn silly.
It's common sense to just mark the spoilers in a thread to respect the people who don't want to be spoiled. It's not hard. We've been enforcing the rule and telling people to use the tags since the board started, so there's no making crap up at all.
My rate of watching Lost is at an all-time low, so no comments on that just yet until I've finished the last season, . We're at episode 6 or 8 or so, far too early to make any statements on the matter.
I want to see Sawyer evicerate Jack and piss on his corpse.
But naw seriously.
I'd like to know exactly why Widmore wants to get back to the island so badly. Can't be just because he was slighted and exiled. He has a better life outside the island, willing servants and unquestioned authority. He must have some kind of personal stake in the island we don't know about yet.
And I'd also like to add while I despise Jack, it was nice to see him finally show some respect to Locke, even if it was a little forced.
I want more background on Jacob and Esau and how all the island's history fits into their grand plans.
I also want happy endings for
Juliet and Locke. If both of them die under the circumstances they're depicted to have died in (well it's not clear that Juliet dies yet but anyway) and that's the end of their stories then it's going to suck
. I'd also like happy endings for
Faraday and Charlotte
but that seems a lot less likely.
I want moar Egyptian/Greek/Roman mythology and moar Temple.
I want background on Ilana, Bram and the other newcomers, but I don't want their plots to dominate the last season more than the original 815 survivors' plots; this story was about them originally and they need to play a major part in its resolution.
Kate needs to stop being a self-centred betch, tbh.
And no moar love triangle/quadrangle angst. Seriously, Lost is at its worst when it's doing soap opera romance crap.
