Well considering what a screwed up and botched development Cloud had as a teenager, it's not exactly surprising.

Spending 4 years of your adolescence (14 to 18) in a test tube as a vegetable and then jumping right out and literally forgetting who you are and becoming an adult, isn't the best foundation for understanding what a relationship entails. Especially considering right before that he hadn't even dated before, or had any real experience with women or general adult interaction. He went from 14 to adult in 0.82 seconds.

Point still stands. Cloud isn't the most emotionally mature or developed individual here. He's still has a lot to learn especially since this is essentially..his first.

Well we know that they didn't jump into sharing a room right away. They hadn't been together that long when they moved to Edge, and we are told that during the time Barret was still with them Marlene slept in the same room as Tifa. If they really do share a room it probably wouldn't come until later. I mean, I have a friend who lives with a bunch of people out in LA, and two of them are boyfriend and girlfriend, but they are only now starting to ponder the idea of sharing a room after a whole year of living together. These things take time.

And then the room that Cloud slept in became just his office.

Even though I've always questioned the idea that Zack and Cloud were really on the run for a whole year. But if the Ultimania/Nomura says so, then well it is. lol

To be honest, I can't see Cloud and Tifa sharing a room during Case of Tifa. Maybe occasionally sleeping in each others rooms and all, but not actually 'officially' sharing one.

Though, in the end of the movie, she looks like she's giving him a, "You get the good lovin' tonight,' look.

I like Cloti a lot too, I actually made two Clouds in my SIms game so that each Tifa and Seph could have one (Since when I had one he couldn't share discreetly)
