Wikipedia said:"Maleficent is the untold story of Disney's most iconic villain from the 1959 classic Sleeping Beauty. A beautiful, pure-hearted young woman, Maleficent has an idyllic life growing up in a peaceable forest kingdom, until one day when an invading army threatens the harmony of the land. Maleficent rises to be the land's fiercest protector, but she ultimately suffers a ruthless betrayal – an act that begins to turn her pure heart to stone. Bent on revenge, Maleficent faces an epic battle with the invading king's successor and, as a result, places a curse upon his newborn infant Aurora. As the child grows, Maleficent realizes that Aurora holds the key to peace in the kingdom – and perhaps to Maleficent's true happiness as well."
EDIT: Elle Fanning's accent is terrible though. Also she doesn't really look tall enough to be Aurora as I'd envisioned her.
Unpopular girl doesnt get invited to the popular kids birthday party. Vows revenge for being shunned.Ho hum... another the-villian-is-really-misunderstood-by-everyone-and-goes-evil movie...
I'm sorry but... What the hell are you talking about? Neither of them are in this movie.Charlize on the other hand can play any roll in any genre and make everyone around her seem slightly more meaningful just by standing in the same room with them. Did you see her in Monster???
I won't speak on the matter of Kristen Stewart's acting skills, just like I won't speak on the matter of dull, boring, constipated looking rocks.
