Is it bad that I'm a little sad to see my status as one of the only people who did art of her go away now that the demo has drawn more people to her? It's nice to see her get so much attention lately though. Take notice, Square!

Okay I realized this like few days ago but the gun that we see cloud hold in one of those trailers is the same one Jessie is seen holding in demo and recent shots! Is square trying to tell us something?

It's not a gun, it's a grappling hook. You see him hold it up before being attacked by the heligunner boss in one of the trailers.

Thought it was a gun but Odysseus pointed out it's a grappling hook it is just that it looks like a weapon Jessie is seen holding I will have to look at the trailers again to see which one it was

That's what I was thinking, that it might be for climbing the plate. I don't want to think about FF7R without Jessie, though. That moment's gonna be hard. Maybe Barret, Tifa, and even Cloud will mention her, Biggs, and Wedge during travel dialogue after the plate collapse - moments kind of like when Barret was asking Cloud his age. You can still move around, but there's talking going on between the characters in your group. Maybe even a cutscene or two, so the trio isn't simply forgotten for the rest of the game.

If i counted correctly barret mentions the trio after midgar exactly 2 times... I hope the remake will change that

I meant in Part 1, which would be obviously before leaving Midgar. But yes, I do hope the remake series keeps them alive throughout the whole story, so to say - that is, mentioned and remembered across the whole series.

Yeah I saw her gun in tgs trailer then saw that hook he was holding in hollow and thought they seemed the same but I got a closer look.

Yeah same here like it is not vii without the characters all of them to be exact I like to think they thought about Jessie Biggs and wedge during those three years after meteorfall

Lol jessie is short. Aw yes it's the rail car scene! That's what got me liking Jessie originally.

Yeah, I like how they're redoing it. I just hope we get the chance to give her the flower if we want to. I mean, it's literally right there in front of her face long before Tifa and Marlene ever even see it. She's got to say something about it.
