She did have a small scene with him, though, where she apologizes for the ID she made him setting off the alarms. They could've really made that into a special moment for them. But with all that we got in Chapter 4, I'm not as upset about it as originally was. And I think the alarms going off during the bike sequence was probably a nod to Cloud's ID setting them off in the OG.

Yeah, that small moment is the one thing we lost, and even then you got the bridal carry moment in its stead, so like, I'm still satisfied.

I'll have to see that moment again to be sure. I remember the hug but not that. I did lose once to Roche, though, so maybe that makes a difference?

And yes, Cloud carrying her into the 7th Heaven definitely does make up for that. That and the hug after accepting her dinner invite are among my favorite moments of the game so far.

Man, I have the feeling that Chapter 4 alone is going to bring in a lot of new Clessie/Jessie fans. :D

I'm hoping if she gets enough attention, square might at least give us some kind of additional material. I'd love to know more about her past, for instance.

i'm so glad you are up to that part because i just finished it as well! but unfortunately i have to clean up around the house before i give my opinions. so much to mull over anyways....

with that being said, 4 is the best chapter so far (and not just because of jessie!). and it looks like we're a team aren't we jairus? you do the screencapping and i'll do the gifing haha...

I think you have to finish the minigame with over a certain amount of health, like 75% or something. I'm still working on it myself.

Suffice it to say, that one moment more than makes up for everything they took out from the OG. I'm just so excited right now. I'm still amazed they actually did it. Wow...

people are allowed their opinions of course, but i really can't understand why when anyone makes a jessie video there's always those comments of "jessie is trying so hard and cloud doesn't care". have they never even seen a tsundere before lol? cloud doesn't know how to react properly to warmth from people he's not close with so he finds it easier to be harsh, but it's transparent as hell. that's why jessie keeps flirting, because she knows he doesn't mean it.

take the scene when he tells
"I'm not your bro" to wedge, but he just laughed with him beforehand and offered to take him home. do people still believe that at the end of chapter 4, he felt the same for avalanche as he did in chapter 1? do these people have to have it smacked on their ass in the language of their choice to understand and pick up on hints?

EDIT: i had no idea she actually did it. omg, now i want to see it! congrats!
