Site Staff Revamp/ Restructuring

Added user title for Obs, requested a few articles be published in (I think 3) different threads. Messed about in Wordpress.

But seriously, Dragon Age. I'll write said articles myself if I have to because we haven't established/ cemented these changes yet (and people have yet to respond to these requests), but I think we'll just have to move forward as is because I don't see us getting a merch editor right now.

I'm going to keep doing what I can to push us forward even if Obsidian and I are the only ones, but it would be nice to see other people starting to work as well. I feel like everyone is just waiting for something at the moment, and we're letting lots of potential news articles pass us by in the meantime. To all our new editors and authors: what do you need in order to get the ball rolling?
