Just wanted to clarify something else. I thanked Tennys post because I agreed with the majority of what she said. I have no idea about Omega 'causing drama' it's not something I have ever noticed from him.

What I will say is that there are a few members who do wade in when drama occurs and oftentimes it's not what they're saying but the manner in which they say it that exacerbates the situation.

A lot of the time when we're presented with problems with members, it becomes a public issue that maybe wasn't necessary to become public.
It's not a huge step towards solving the way staff and members interact, but just a way of streamlining how we deal with forum issues, maybe? If a section was involved where parties involved could speak their piece first without having to wade through other members opinions in order to clarify the problems, there would be less modding headaches involve and the process of dealing out disciplinary action would be a lot more transparent.

I was going to suggest something like this myself. I'd really like to see some serious consideration of this because I am pretty certain it would avoid the majority of clusterfucks that occur.

Hi Username! From what I know, we insta-ban members if:

• They are previously banned members
• They post pornography without spoiler tags or something similar
• They post something blatantly illegal
• They have clearly joined to harass one of our members
• Possibly other things I'm not thinking of

Since the first case applies to you (not a single person on this website believes this story about you joining to ask about "your friend", especially since you just created another dupe you admitted was you about an hour ago), you will be insta-banned every time you join as soon as a staff member sees that you have joined. Not a single staff member is in favour of allowing you to return, especially because you still insist on breaking site rules by registering new accounts.
