I am torn with this costume as well. One the one hand, I think that the Catwoman was a cat burglar and this image does show a cat burglar... But, on the other hand, this isn't THE Catwoman. Maybe this outfit will change? I mean, the first movie did give a reason for Bruce to dress up like a bat, but Selina?

I would assume that he just needed to say the lines, and they'll re-record them for the actual film. It's not a very uncommon thing in post production, and especially because it's over a loudspeaker, I would assume that the audio recorded at the time wouldn't be exactly the quality that they'd use. That's pure speculation though.

I think they should have just took a leaf out of the game designers book when creating Cat woman. Trying to make her entire outfit to "appear" like the image of catwoman is just lame and it will if they continue just flop on it's ass and we will be left with another catwoman who doesn't fit the original character bio just like can't act berry.
