Basically this person came by and posted the "Love Triangle Officially Over" Thing from here (I love how they do this too. As if Anastar is going to read it X amount of times and then go "oh I guess Cloti IS canon, my bad") and then after the staff called her out on being an obvious troll she was like "Uh no, I'm not really, I just wanted to know if Cloti really WAS canon, I swear." Anyway that quote I posted is in her signature. Plus she's using a proxy, pretty damn obvious troll.

According to sources, many Clotis have ignored FFVII when in love triangle debates, or say it's not the thing that should apply when talking about who Cloud loves. These Clotis have been unnamed and unable to be found. If anyone has anymore information, please contact the local love triangle authorities. Thank you.

Although the idea that the pinkers ignore aspects of the original game always crosses my mind. The lifestream sequence and what it means for Clouds personality on the first disk, his history and his affection for Tifa is the biggest thing.
