Alright Im about having a panic attack over here. I'm going to turn this off and whoever wins wins. If it's Trump, well... I guess we'll see what happens.

Have fun guys, see you later :monster:

If people are predicting a Mad Max satiation, I am going to be like Aunty Entity and make a bartertown for people who want to take refugee from Trump's rule.

I'm getting a bit annoyed at ABC's pundits constantly talking like Clinton's going to be the next president. It's far, far from certain at this point. Virginia looks like it's going back to her, though, which means I can start sweating Michigan instead. :closedmonster:

I also had a hunch about Wisconsin before the night started, purely based on demographics, not polling. Trump is leading there at the moment. It's another must-win for Clinton.

...not to burst your bubble, but it's actually the episode where the girls are having a night in, order pizza, and it accidentally gets switched/delivered to George Stephanopoulus across the street and he gets the pizza in only a towel, so they're spying on him. I know way too much Friends

Yes, yes it is :monster:

The Canadians are shitposting on the internet. The Americans are blowing dust off the cellar doors, they've got cans of beans down there from the Cold War.

The thing I'm least looking forward to about a Trump victory (which now seems more likely than not) is the gloating. All the people who were screaming about a conspiracy and all the people who rejected evidence on their own gut feeling are going to feel vindicated, and boy, are they going to let us know.

To be sure, there are plenty of worse things about a Trump presidency, but tonight is going to be a win for anti-intellectualism, in more ways than one.

...How? Just asking for an explanation.

I don't see the same lens as the rest of you, so I'm trying to get an understanding.

Sick and tired of this. I go to bed and then something epically retarded happens.

Well, in the ways I listed, for a start. Someone like Bill Mitchell, who has said some absolutely ridiculous things, like suggesting that Trump halloweeen outfits outselling Clinton outfits was an indicator of his popularity, will be able to say "I told you so".

People are going to look at the failure of data analytics and use it to cast doubt on other areas of science. "Why should we trust the experts on [climate change, for example] when they were wrong about Trump?". It happened after Brexit: people were cheering the demise of "experts", as if it was suddenly a bad thing to be knowledgeable about a certain subject.

Welp guess I pegged this one wrong. Looks like Trump is going to win...

One good thing about Trump winning, at least Hillary didn't :monster:
