OT: one of my friends in an MSN convo said, seemingly apropros of nothing, "I don't know why I bother having friends" and then signed off without explanation.
This doesn't piss me off, but I'm bewildered, and wondering what's wrong, and worried that I might have offended her somehow (I seriously doubt it's anything I've done, as she usually just chews me out if I annoy her over anything - even mooning over a former love of mine).

Went downstairs to make a nice, healthy pasta, and my dad comes home with chinese food. okay fine, I enjoy chinese food, but only if there's something not breaded or not just rice with chicken. Like tofu, or shrimp in sauce, or chicken and mushrooms...
But no, dad gets none of these things and then says 'oh well I asked them and they didn't have it'. Then why the fuck did you go to this place there's like 20 chinese food places in our city and 5 within walking distance. You KNOW I don't like that other crap and won't eat it, so if you are going to force me to stop making my food then bring me something I will eat. Now I'm grumpy and hungry and I have no way to go out and get something for myself. And apparently if I did try to continue making my own dinner that's wrong. Like seriously, this isn't a kid not eating their veggies, this is an adult who wanted veggies and is being forced to eat the crap that makes your heart stop working.
Oh, and fucking garbage again in the sink. This time it was the food garbage in it's bag stinking up the kitchen. And they yell at me for my room when I have a couple mainly clean plates in my room because I know if I go downstairs to put them in the sink there will be garbage.
Need out of here so bad.

failed the behind the wheel test
given how godawful my anxiety is (honestly i didn't get much sleep last night and i worked a 7 hour shift before i went to the DMV but what really made me exhausted was my own anxiety, i was so worked up and nervous and tense i just wore myself out) i did just fine.
but then failed over some stupid shit (hurr that wasn't a complete stop automatic fail)
my dad took me because he was off work for two weeks but now he's going back i really have no way to take it again which is just great really
it's actually really humiliating because i had to borrow the car my dad bought for my stepsister who is 3 years younger than me and also i keep getting nagged about it by my mom because my brother got his license months ago and he is also 3 years younger than me
anyways i really want to cry and curl up and sleep but my friend i haven't seen in a while invited me to hang out and idk i'm just so tired. but ironically i don't have a ride there (hahahaha) so i'm probably gonna go feel bad for myself and sleep the rest of the day away anyways
i'm just such a fucking winner
the best part is that i am going to the doctor about my anxiety tomorrow which is good because it postpones having to tell everyone at work that i predictably failed my test just like everyone probably thought i was going to anyways sigh

I wanted to get wings after work, but we were kept until 11:35. The place stops taking new orders at 11:45, and under good conditions I could have gotten there less than ten minutes. However, I caught almost every. single. traffic light. What the fuck. That almost never happens.

Sorry, hun. *hugs* Driving is difficult for me as well, I mean I'm 21 now and I've taken it twice but like you I get extremely nervous and my friends/family teasing me about it and forcing it on me doesn't make it any better. I really hope that others will learn to *encourage* you rather than put you down, because that's what you deserve considering that you're an amazing girl. And definitely NOT a failure.

Ignoring the bad feelings, the stress, the hopelessness and loneliness. I've even been happy and learned to appreciate the little things. Now that I've got time to think, yeah I'm pretty fucking depressed, lol. And there's only a certain amount of time I can stand putting on the brave face and acting like shit doesn't affect me.
But it really, really does.

What I learned about passing my drivers test:
1. Find a place with a closed course, it's easier.
2. ALWAYS come to a complete stop BEFORE a stop sign, (not in front of or beside) and before turning or going forward, look both ways.
3. Exaggerate EVERYTHING.
4. When approaching an uncontrolled intersection, slow down to a near stop, and again look both ways before going or turning. (This screwed me up the first time, I slowed down but not enough)
5. Drive at least 5 miles under the speed limit.
6. Don't talk to your instructor, for some reason they don't like this.
7. When turning out after parallel parking, signal, look waaay behind you, and then slowly pull out into traffic.
8. Same with pulling out of the parking space you back into. Be sure to signal.
9. Always turn into the first available lane.
That's all I can think of right now. But that's the kind of stuff they like apparently
