Well despite the mixed reviews I'm still going to watch it because a) Optimus Prime is one sexy motherlover and b) I loooooooooooove gigantic epic special effects mixed in with crazy gigantic robots duking it out.

The little tomboy in me just needs to see it ONLY for the action sequences--that's pretty much why I saw the first movie and watched the TV show (when I could actually catch it on my TV ).

This second installment exceeds the first. So good! There were some stupid jokes thrown in for the sake of being thrown in, but even they were amusing. Maybe one awkward moment, but that's ok. The fight scenes are incredible, explosions are abound and EVERYONE SHOULD GO SEE DECEPTICLES.

Each side has a half-dozen or more important transformers, and there's many peripheral ones too. Like, one Decepticon that is a helicopter, flies in to fight and is killed minutes later having never been named. So there's throw-away robots like that, in addition to the important ones.

AGAIN. Irrelevant military nonsense and a douchbag of some faggot berating transformers (which the film didn't need) . Sam's life has been lessened thank god. No Soundwave fighting or earth screen time (he was my favourite damn it!) And Jetfire dying. WHY!? DDDDDDDD:

they didn't use soundwave as much as I'd hope they'd use him. And his sing song voice is been converted into a Two-face-like voice from Batman TAS : (((

all in all I love the film, especially Mudflap and skids, thank god for upgrades.

I also dislike how he was forgotten quickly, especially after his parts fell off prime after the epic battle of the Fallen and Megs, it's like LOL SORRY JETFIRE WE NO LONGER NEED U SO OFF YOUR PARTS GO SPLOOSH. After all the awesomeness he's done, he dies like that. Bay you fail at this part. : /
