This is gonna be a little odd, by my standards, but I had one of those "little things that affect you more than expected" moments just now.

A couple days ago, I noticed a caterpillar crawling along my ceiling. Not a huge fuzzy one, or one of those nasty toxic ones that shoot hair or anything. So, I ignored it, figuring I'd get rid of it next time I got up. I forgot about it. Well, just a minute ago I looked up and noticed what turned out to be an empty chrysalis, with a tiny little black and white striped swallowtail butterfly flitting around next to it. The caterpillar pupated inside my house.

I have no idea why but that made me happy. Not like deliriously pleased or anything, just a happy little smile moment. I got it to land on me and took it outside, since there is a total lack of nectar to be had in here. Was a little bittersweet to see it go. Weird, but it made my day, and hence I tell people about it here.

I believe I got the job. I mean she even sent me on a delivery and when I came back, said the only thing i needed to work on was basically getting out the door faster. But in my defense, she caught me off guard, I wasn't expecting to be taking any deliveries and I needed to run out to my car and get my GPS up and running. And I made $5 so I can't complain about that. She said she'd call me tomorrow to let me "know for sure" but I'm thinking it's just let me know my schedule for sure. I think it'd be pretty pointless to send me on a delivery if she didn't plan on hiring me

Iiiiiii...have had an amazingly awesome day on so many levels that my head now hurts like it's going to explode because it can't contain the amazeballtasticalityness of it all.

-Had an eye appointment and am now wearing contacts again (aww yeah)
-Had a great day with one of my besto friendos (loads of laughs)
-Have set up plans with said friend for next week
-Found more manga for $2 a volume (MY SDK COLLECTION IS SEVEN VOLUMES SHORT OF BEING FINISHED AMAGAAAAAA)
-Found an excellent present for another friend's birthday (must send posthaste!)
-something else awesome that shall remain a mystery >:3
