Actually, I can't wait for this to come out now! I was slow on it at first; hopefully we'll see some FF characters in game-land?

I don't think we'll see FF characters because of money. That's my opinion though. In any case, maybe we can expect "FF-esque" characters, if nothing else. It's iconic enough that they have to try and get something at least that relates to it.

I thought they could use Square properties more easily because Kingdom Hearts keeps the door open.

Fair enough, yes. Didn't think of that. I still think if we haven't seen them on any trailer, we won't see them. But perhaps a cameo could happen, based on what you say.

Going by this, things in the trailer were only a fraction of the cameos in the movie. They went nuts with it, and stuck characters everywhere they could as an afterthought from the main story. The only one confirmed that they didn't put in was Mario because they want him to have a bigger role in a sequel, and there was even going to be a GTA hub.

I'd love to blow this image up and dissect it.

That's just a name though, and the graffiti isn't a quote or anything from the game, so it would probably get by any copyright issues anyway if there arnt gonna be any direct cameos.

The UK has to wait til February. =T We had to wait ages (compared to the rest of the world) for Brave, too. And we had a crappy Avengers DVD release. Disney seems to hate the UK right now, for some reason.

A Scotland where Vikings and Romans were attacking at the same time. But yes, Scotland got the film two to three weeks before the rest of the British Isles.
