The first game I remember is Sinistar. This game ruined many pants for many kids. You could hear this motherfucker from the car as you pulled up to the arcade. Get a load of that RRRRRWAAAARRR:

playing is Smurf Paint. If it actually qualifies as a game; not really sure. There's no goal. You just walk around and paint and stuff.
I played it on one of these Adam things. It was like a Colecovision console that let you type and print and... that's about it. I'm not sure what else it can do.
You can see the controllers on either side of the keyboard. They were like little phones with a knob attached and two side buttons. Very awkward for games that require precision. But the games came with overlays for the numpad which were kind of cool and innovative:
