    Fancy trying to explain these?

In the church, that's definitely a rocket... Screenshot With Rocket Town, there's a couple things- He could have been born in that region, in an unmarked location on the World Map. There are a lot of locations in FF7 that are unmarked on the map. The town could have been hidden under the trees...

The most annoying fandom assumptions that make no sense and won't die.

Sophia... all I can think of is The Golden Girls... Cloud has a particularly difficult flashback to his days as an experiment, and Sophia-roth says, "There there hon, let's go in the kitchen and have some cheesecake." :P

    Sephiroth Is Selling Cars Now

Along with that, I picture some cheerful Tiny Tim song. Sephiroth is "Havin a Wonderful Time".

Wow I have never seen that secret ending before?!?! :awesome: A lot of people think Vincent and Yuffie are an item because they interact so much in DOC. Maybe I missed the secret-secret ending of DOC where they make out or something...? :P

    Sephiroth Is Selling Cars Now

I'd think Sephiroth would be trying to sell like, Hummers and SUVs. :P

The most annoying fandom assumptions that make no sense and won't die.

I think most games are unfinished, or at least Square games. Most games I've looked into the backgrounds of have leftover unfinished areas, features, minigames, items, etc. It's just how it is. It really is. Most of FF7's story revolves around her death. It's not this little aside moment...

The most annoying fandom assumptions that make no sense and won't die.

The points about DOC Lucrecia and Vincent, okay... I guess so. I'm looking too far into things in a game that Square half-assed. Personally, I don't think I'll ever find either of their characterizations in DOC that plausible. @ the person who was sad when Sephiroth was thrown into the...

The most annoying fandom assumptions that make no sense and won't die.

Who said they had to be completely well-adjusted? That's not even humanly possible. I'm just saying that the way they are presented, there's no way they'd be able to make it to where they are professionally. I don't know what kind of scientists and doctors you have met... but I certainly hope...

The most annoying fandom assumptions that make no sense and won't die.

Yeah, their characterization in DOC was horrible. As they are presented in DOC- Vincent is a shabby Turk, and Lucrecia is a shabby doctor. I guess they only have a limited window of time to portray them, but you don't get the sense that either of them has much sense, or much of a spine either...

Come play Final fantasy pictionary with me

I would play next time, if I'm around.

The most annoying fandom assumptions that make no sense and won't die.

With the whole Jenova cells thing... okay, so Lucrecia is the only known person to still have Jenova cells and still in existence (she's not technically alive like a normal person would be). I was just curious about people's thoughts on this: So throughout FF7 you go around "defeating" pieces...

The most annoying fandom assumptions that make no sense and won't die.

If Lucrecia was to return -- huge if, and I don't necessarily want to see her back -- I wish they'd completely forget what they did with her character in DOC. If she was the same completely nuts, "ohh so sorry" person... well, maybe she'd make a good villain, because I'd want to go make her shut...

[Case of Shinra Finished] Any news on the new OTWTAS entries?

Someone needs to photoshop Tseng's head on the Hawaiian Punch guy. "Hey would you like some Hawaiian Potion?" "Sure!" "Pow!"

The most annoying fandom assumptions that make no sense and won't die.

Likewise. I wasn't trying to say it wasn't any of these things - I'm just against the people who act like Aeris is the first, only, saddest ever, etc death ever in the entire span of RPGs. She wasn't the first to die by no means, and saddest can be very subjective. Hasn't anyone ever played...

Baseless but fun Crack theories part deux

[Case of Shinra Finished] Any news on the new OTWTAS entries?

Wow! This is a really long story. I really like it because it's filling in a lot of the gaps in the storyline, and providing insight into what Shinra was doing. So far, we've only seen the story from Cloud/Avalanche's side.

The most annoying fandom assumptions that make no sense and won't die.

Anyone who says FF7 is completely emo/depressing has never played it. Everyone in FF7 jokes around -- even Vincent, the cliche emo/depressing guy. And don't even get me started on the people who go on and on about Aeris' death, as though it's the first and only time a character has died in an...

Baseless but fun Crack theories part deux

@shenron118- I read that before! I will admit, to a degree it's kind of amusing/interesting, but really baseless. That reminds me of the one theory that the majority of FF7 is all a hallucination of Cloud/ Cloud is the real villain of FF7 (specifically, he caused the massacres in the Shinra...

    What happened to Tifa?

The only thing that could help is putting the screenshots in proper chonological order. I had a slight problem following what was going on during the whole conversation with Cloud & Tifa with the Turks in the room, because there's switching back and forth. That was only on the first view though...

Barret is Cloud's out of control teenage son. :P If that is so, then what about Marlene?
