I would say it's Gilgamesh if it's a Villain, mostly because he cameo'd in nearly all FFs at this point, so he's a good curveball. Though if I'm being honest I want to play as Caius Ballad.

I'd sooner accept Chronodia as canon to FF1's lore over Dissidia, but that's just my take.

Also, I think this is one of those moments where you could argue the validity of Dissidia's connection with FF1. While it's implied they are connected, that's only if you accept Dissidia as canon to FF1 (and in lots of cases most do not).
