Nah, I actually had no intention to use real world Earth for this, but I should have specified that earlier. 
Honestly with that, I'm not sure where it's based.. It made for better atmosphere to be in a unknown area, with children being snatched from all over and taken.

Name: Idris Savage
Codename: Destrillian Prototype # 000-000-009 – Gunmetal Glint
Age: Nineteen
Gender: Female
Physical Appearance: At 5'2" and 104 lbs., Idris is tiny when compared with most Destrillians. At a glance, she seems very effeminate, with slender shoulders and ankles, very small breasts, and a waistline anorexics would yearn for. However, on closer inspection many of her features are borderline androgynous: Idris is muscled like a wiry teenage boy, and her delicately pointed chin is counterbalanced by a wide, strong jaw line. Her arms taper down into extremely bony wrists, which in turn lead to her hands, which are larger than average for females. Her fingers are long and spidery, but they're calloused from all the rough-handling she does. The skin on her torso is stretched tight enough to be able to count her ribs with ease; when she bends down, her spine is like a ridge poking up from her back. Her feet are petite and for as long as she can remember, all her toe and fingernails have been cut to the quick.
Naturally arched eyebrows and high cheekbones frame wide, storm grey eyes with unusually large pupils. Wide though they may be, those eyes of hers narrow into steely slits whenever Idris' suspicion is aroused. Alabaster skin that's strong like steel; thin lips, and a long nose. The freckles she used to have are now so pale they're almost grey, though they are still visible. Idris' hair, once long and light brown, has paled dramatically to a luminous white blonde hue. With a length half way between pixie cut and bob, it flips outward and ends in fine points. She has a dimple in one cheek when she smiles – which is often.
Personality: As a child, Idris never took to a childish personality. While other children rollicked in the park, she would climb up to the highest point she could reach, sit down, and stare off into the distance while thinking. Thinking was her thing – she could solve problems that absolutely baffled the others her age because of her calm way of dealing with situations. For this reason, along with her tendency to act like a surrogate mother all the time, children gravitated toward Idris as a sort of juvenile sage.
Years in the Viola facility haven't changed her too much.
Presently, Idris is very blasé; she figures she's seen it all. Her nonchalance can become annoying at times, because even in a real crisis she's liable to underplay everything, which can land her in trouble when she winds up not trying hard enough. Her maternal feeling has hardened into simply feeling a cut above the rest – she'll act incredibly superior to Viola personnel, when in fact she is not. Going hand in hand with this trait is her patience level, which is bipolar in itself; when she recognizes genuine confusion, her patience runs for miles, but if Idris knows a person is intentionally being ignorant, she has a very short fuse.
Thinking is still her specialty, and during the precious hour in the recreation room Idris will stretch out on the floor and ponder: who is she? Where have the others come from? What can they do, and how do they do it? Her eyes will dart around the room like a scalpel, internally dissecting anything she sees to find out what makes it what it is – every once in a while, a fellow Destrillian will accidentally lock eyes with her and she'll flash that smile that says "yes, I know something."
Idris is exceedingly quick to pick up the basics of any skill, but it takes time for her to master any advanced points because she tries to balance too many at once. She can be seen as both wise and offhand, but every once in a while that smile looks a little bit sad.
Elemental Power: Metal
Elemental/Physical Abilities: As most of Viola is made out of metal, the areas that Idris frequents are lined with asbestos… just in case. Her element is quite balanced in its uses, and she can operate as offensive or defensive with almost equal effectiveness. Most of Idris' power stems from her hands; she is able to remove layers of metal from objects by grazing her hand along it, e.g. a metal wall. She is adept at chafing even layers off of complex objects, and other small intricate work of the sort, but is still learning to vary the size and heftiness of larger sheets. Once she has a piece of metal, Idris can shape it into as many useful objects she can think of using her hands, like you would with modelling clay: she's been heavily educated in sculpting for this reason.
Idris is able to generate a magnetic field that draws metal objects towards her – if she reaches Derinium, she is capable of entirely imploding parts of hallways with the attractive force, but this always results in splitting migraines and because of this, she's evaded testing the strength of this magnetic field. As well as attracting objects of all sizes, Idris' field is able to hold small objects in orbit around her, which is useful both as a shield and as an assortment of projectiles.
Idris has minor potential as a healer as well: like the cattail plant, she is able to drain heavy metals – e.g. lead – from things with her fingertips, effectively relieving places and people from metal poisoning.
When it comes to physical combat, Idris is not very skilled. She prefers to stay back and use long-range attacks – her precision is absolute. Close combat is one of the few things she will actually take as a serious situation, as she never learned past the basics. Her muscles are strong but she doesn't know how to place that strength effectively.
Idris' psychic ability is exponential, but usually it shows itself in a much more tangible form: words. She has a silver tongue (if you'll forgive the relative pun,) and she knows how to use it – Idris has a tried-and-true intuition as to what to say and how to say it, to turn the tables in her favour.
Forgotten History: Idris was the younger of two siblings, belonging to a rich and happy couple. Her brother was older than she by a good half-dozen years. She lived in a grand mansion, surrounded by elegance and taste. Her parents were both kind and intelligent people, and raised their children magnificently. She went to a public school despite her family's wealth, for wealthy though they were, her parents were down to earth and understood that she needed to be exposed to the real world, not sheltered. Life was good.
Then, when Idris was ten, there was a house fire – a fire which, in hindsight, started on very suspicious conditions. The little girl managed to make it just out of her house before, wheezing from smoke inhalation, she collapsed. Viola corps swooped in and stole her away, silently; though all three of her family members survived, they were convinced she had died burning in the house. Nobody ever questioned how the fire began in the first place… or the fact that Idris might be, and was alive, beginning her new life as a Destrillian at Viola.

I agree, but I don't see the need for changing the places of the bios if we're only going to be in a building that could fit anywhere on Earth. Just making more work for ourselves.
