How do you do a vertical takedown, for when I go play it again?

Yeah, just sit on one of the gargoyles and wait until a guard walks underneath you and you should get the prompt to do so.

There's one sitting right underneath a gargoyle in the middle of the area in front of the door with the graffiti on it, to make things a bit easier.

the Scarecrow freakouts? when you're walking down the hallway and it gradually turns into an alleyway while you here bruces parents talking to him before they get shot? ooo...

You get used to the controls fast.


EDIT: Finished it, and the endings a lil dissapointing. with the final boss being pretty easy. but awesome game.

and is it just me, or is playing as joker in the predator challenge maps hard as hell? :/

I'm not TOO terribly far (unfortunately). I've done a lot of wandering looking for trophies. Just fought Bane. The game is really awesome. It's damn good looking, and all the extras with the Riddler are fantastic. I like how the controls make everything feel fluid, though they do take some getting used to. The detective stuff is really good, and makes it feel really genuine so far, and less like awkwardly linear like some games "go here, go there."

was the first run-in with Scarecrow. I figured out that Bats was being affected by the fear toxin almost immediately, but it didn't make it any less freaky.

I do have a question that Dacon'd probably be best to answer - since this is based on the comics, is the game considered canon?
