I loved the episode,

getting to see some backstory on Ryan was really interesting, Seamus performance was great throughout the ep. Very sweet at the end when Jenny reveals she's pregnant, awww Ryan is going to be a daddy.

Very excited about next week's 100th episode, To know that a great show like Castle has been able to reach the 100 episode mark makes me very happy.

the prank everyone pulled on Castle by everyone was hilarious. I caught on to it quickly, way too many coincidences not be a prank and most people will close their windows when they're murdering someone or getting rid of the body.

Tonight's episode was hilarious, ask Kat I totally called the killer ,

the lesson here is never trust a lawyer in a bowtie, nothing good will come of it.

Other stuff I liked about the episode,

Ryan's I'm out moment when Beckett and Caslte started arguing but not before clicking his pen, Lanie and Beckett fangirling about the rich dude, Lanie doing a fake English accent, Lanie in general, Martha trolling Castle. Also did Esposito fire his barber? He needs an emergency haircut.

Also since the original episode planned for tonight was moved due to the Boston Marathon Bombings I was confused throughout the episode thinking the episode had something to do with Beckett and a bomb then I realized it was a different episode and realized why the other was moved.

Promo for next week - So many shipper feels.

Since I now have a roommate, I've been getting sucked into more tv shows, and finally watched THIS episode, and have decided that as soon as I have time, this is a show that I need to be watching.

Well tonight's episode was excellent as always (stop and think for a second - how many TV shows can you say that about these days? None!) but I smell

a breakup on the horizon. Kind of inevitable, but I hope they surprise me by not going the traditional TV show couple route of break up, get back together etc. They usually do though so I'm not too worried.

Fucking episode was fantastic and hilarious which is saying something considering the plot. After watching it I think it would've been a much better fit as the 100th episode, that one was great and all but this one would've fitted better with the clipshow aspects.

Spoiler: Favorite parts of the episode

The clipshows ofc. Beckett and Castle calling Espo to solve the debate of who like who first while she's standing on a bomb and Espo's face was priceless. Gates revealing what some of us suspected, that she knew Castle and Beckett were together all along and was simply pretending not to.

What did you think? Me and Carlie called it a while ago, although I'll admit I was surprised with the way the episode set it up. Note my dodging around spoilers because cba with spoiler tags

As Lex said I saw the proposal thing coming when season 4 ended, it just seemed like the logical next step. As for the episode itself it was a rather disappointing and lackluster season finale especially comparing it to seasons 3 and 4 finales (Kockdown could arguably be the best episode of the series). I believe that Beckett will say no, leave for Washington D.C. then they'll hit a time skip, the rest of the gang are doing their own thing and then something happens that bring Beckett back to NY and the storyline starts putting the band back together.

How long are we gonna have to wait for the next season?

Until late September. Yeah it's torture but at least it isn't a year.

Less than an hour left for the season 6 premiere.

I think some of us have a similar theory on what's going to happen,

Beckett said no to Castle, moved to Washington and now team is off with everyone doing their own thing, it's months later and the team has to reunite to solve a murder or help one of their own (if it's latter I think it's gonna be Lanie).

I'll be pleasantly surprised if I'm wrong about it.

I am really really liking that she's still working there. They're going to struggle to keep the rest of the characters relevant if she stays there though. Which I want her to, but ultimately it seems kind of unsupportable.

Castle's behaviour in this episode kinda bugged me. I mean he knew he'd be putting himself and her at risk by investigating that evidence, and he did it anyway. Grrrr.

With Beckett looking increasingly disillusioned with her job I knew the status quo was going to be restored soon but I really didn't expect it was going to happen with Beckett getting fired.
