What about Heros? Saw a few episodes of the first series but haven't looked at the rest.

I saw the first episode, but never watched much else. I'm sorry, but I kept thinking X-Men. :-\ I do wish to know what was up with:
The man who had his head cut open and brain removed. Who was he? Why'd they do that to him?
Oy!!! Talk about chattin up a storm LOL! How is everyone today? I gots me orangey juice YAY! Seemed kind of DEAD yesterday *saw rolling desert branches rolling by*.
We've got at least one commercial channel that's publically available to anyone with cable, satellite, or digital TV. But I only followed half the first season on that, and reverted to downloading a while later, since that has the benefits of no ads, control over when you watch, and you can watch two or more episodes at a time, .
Speaking of, we saw episodes 1 and 2 of season 5 last Saturday, 'twas great justice. It gets kinda confusing now though, considering
there's like fifty different timelines they're trying to follow all at the same time
, :/.
But there's / there should be a proper thread on the subject somewhere in Entertainment, so it's all good.
Season 1 was win, although it looked very American and ghey at first, especially with that senator dude
that could fly
, very superman-ish face and whatnot. Ew. But that wasn't as bad as it turned out, and I now consider Heroes to be amongst my favorites, along with the first season of Prison Break (it sucked in the 2nd, 3rd, and now the 4th, which they've quit airing over here 'cause it sucks) and Lost.
The first season was win, and the second wasn't bad either (although not as epic as the first, but that's probably due to the strike, ).

There's one character, known as Sylar (who is revealed later on in the season) who has the ability to, what seems to be, 'learn' abilities from others by examining their brains. He's a power-hungry psychotic that lives with his mom and fixes clocks and watches though, so he'll kill loads of people in order to gain more powers. He also seems to have more control over said powers than those he takes it from.
There's another character, forgot his name, that has a similar ability (i.e. learn other people's abilities), but he's a good guy and doesn't have to kill people / steal their brain. Doesn't have as much control either, as will become clear as the first season proceeds and, more importantly, ends.
im just curious to know Heroes fans; should i stick with it?
I absolutely loved the first series but the 2nd left me feeling a little empty inside.
Kind of like a kid on xmas who unwraps a really awesome present, like a dinosaur for example, first and then immediately afterwards, unwraps a pair of socks.
a. Have no lives.
b. Are idiots.
c. Find it entertaining to watch people suffer.
d. Posses a talent into spamming.
e. Were hired by the government to do so.
sucks bbm, same thing recently happened on my guilds forums for a mmo i play. We pretty much use a guest part of the forums for applications to the guild (were one of the higher level guilds in the game so we dont let just anyone in) and an old racist , disgruntled member whom weve kicked out has been spamming it for weeks. The forums guest sections been shut down ever since.
@mum , house is great but i dunno its getting kind of old with the same formula for ever episode.
But either house is a bad ass thats the only thing that brings me back now.
Is it just me or are there any others out there who seem to be really forgetfull nowadays? I signed up to a few forums over some time (with some I've posted in and some I hadn't got round to) and tried getting into a few but totally forgot the passwords (I had wrote them down but... Heh, I've forgot where I put the paper...) probably why I'll stick to one or two.
Checked out FCF for the first time, not too bad...
I'm putting my forgetfullness down to stress. Maybe eating more oily fish will help, omega 3 and all that...
Oh and FCF, was thinking about joining but I see you've had your share of probs. Maybe that saves me having to remember another password lol.
Every board has their share of problems, tbh. And, I think FCF has just figured out to deal with it's own, so right now would actually be the best time to register.
Today I ate some really good fish with potatoes and wonderful sauce to accomodate. If done wrong, fish can be the most boring meal of all. If done right, it can be the greatest blessing on Earth. Fish FTW.

I love fish, actually. Both live, as companions and pets, and dead and cooked as meals.
FCF is kind of like what it was like back in the day when SO was alive.
Except everyones chill now and we dont jump down your throat for poasting in our spaaaaam sectshun.
Its a nice chat enviroment , being registered here and there is a worthy venture.
