They don't send badges, they're to be picked up at the convention center. You just get the confirmation mail with a bar code.

I thought about sending an e-mail of some sort to formally cancel but you have to register a timeslot with each company to interview/ visit them, so it shouldn't affect any future applications or anything.

I'll miss Microsoft, EA and Some of Ubisofts as I am at work 5pm to 9pm but it means I can watch Sonys, even if I am at work at 9am tomorrow :/ infact I think I might have to give it a miss and just avoid everything until I watch them all Tuesday Night.

Wednesday at 11am, 12pm and 12:30pm are "to be announced", so could quite possibly something interesting could be there (XII HD if it's happening). That's 1900, 2000 and 2030 for me, so +1 hour for you on Wednesday night.

What I might do is keep the Square Enix stream open on the side today while I watch the real Sony and EA conferences.

The thing is, if there's any big announcements from any company they'll most likely pop up at the console conferences first, with more in-depth stuff later (hence the TBA).

Here's what I know:

I'm supposed to get a badge with a cheat sheet on it when I get there so that I can answer basic questions. The notes I jotted down at the group interview indicated that the cheat sheet only has basic info on it; I'm assuming just some obvious release dates and not stuff like "FFVII remake release date and Cloud's Dad's name" or the show schedule, since I'm sure it's subject to change.

Otherwise, I'm sort of in the dark. I'm supposed to go in tomorrow at 9am for some Rambo style training and (apparently) to inform them whether or not I have any food allergies so they don't kill me at lunch time. Lol.

We weren't given any juicy information, considering that our job is mostly just to manage kiosks, direct people around and not answer press related questions. I'm sure they don't want their temp employees leaking info before it's revealed, so...I doubt that they'll tell us more than we need to know.

The closest I've gotten to E3 so far has been a nearby parking lot. That was yesterday when I drove around the convention center to find suitable parking. :|
