I forget which circle that doujinshi is from, but I do know their diujinshis are quite hilarious.The samer artist made a Cloud/Tifa diujinshi about Tifa finding some dirty magazine in Cloud's room... (Cloud) "I'm going to live. I think that's the only way I can be forgiven. All sorts of things... happened."

(Cloud) "But when I think about how many times I've thought about how I was going to start a new life, it's funny."

(Cloud) "Because I've always failed everything."
(Tifa) "That's not funny."
(Cloud) "...I think it will be all right this time."
Cloud thought for a while before he continued.

After saying that, Barret said he still has to get ready and walked out of the bar.

Finally, Cloud picked up the phone when she could not hear the boy’s voice anymore. Tifa tried to ask how he is, but then Cloud spoke haltingly somehow.
(Tifa) “What’s wrong? Is the boy ok?”
(Cloud) “Nah, he seems to be painful.”
(Tifa) “If so, why don’t you bring him back with you?”
(Cloud) “It looks like he has Geostigma.”
Tifa couldn’t reply to what Cloud said right away. Geostigma is a disease that spread through out the world since the day Lifestream halted the Meteor. The way to cure it hasn’t been found yet. The patients also vary --some look healthy that no one would think they are sick and some died right after they got the disease. Then, the most important point for Tifa is that there is a rumor that Geostigma is transmittable. It might infect someone in the family. Based on Tifa’s experience, she believed that it would not be transmittable or else any healthy people in the world would die if the rumor is true, though she still felt uncomfortable. Moreover, the rumor is persistent no matter what the truth is; consequently it might affect the image of the bar. However, she already said to bring him back, so she couldn’t say no because of Geostigma.
(Cloud) “I heard Geostigma is not transmittable.”
Cloud said as if he presumed her hesitation. Then, she realized that Cloud want to bring this child home.
(Tifa) “Yeah, bring him with you.”
(Cloud) “I’ll bring him through the back door. Is there anyone that can look after Marlene?”
(Tifa) "Yeah."
Hanging up the phone, Tifa thought it’s odd that Cloud is aware of Marlene and the bar. In the end, she understood. Cloud thought that Tifa would oppose. Even so he wanted to bring him back. Tifa wanted to know the reason, though after he was actually brought back those questions have lost somewhere during the time she was taking care of him.
After Denzel recovered, she listened to his story about everything that happened to him before he arrived here. Then she thought to herself that he was supposed to come here. Denzel's parents were victims when Sector Seven was destroyed. The reason why Sector Seven was destroyed was because of Avalanche. I must take responsibility to raise him properly. Denzel met Cloud in order to come to me.
Tifa discussed with Cloud and Marlene about how she wanted to welcome Denzel into their family. Cloud nodded silently, but Marlene was full of joy.
At first, Denzel was persistent in helping them as thanks for taking care of him, but while helping with Cloud's job and in the shop, he opened up his heart.
The number of customers had visibly deceased. The reason was clear. Of course, Tifa, Cloud and even Marlene never speak about it.
(Tifa) "Hey, do you remember what you said when you brought Denzel here?"
(Cloud) "What did I say?"
(Tifa) “A lot of things. Even if I opposed, you would bring this child back with you. I had such an impression.”
(Cloud) “That…”
Cloud was making a face like a kid who is thinking he would get scold at any times.
(Tifa) "Tell me. I'll decide whether I'm angry or not after I listen."
Cloud nodded and continued.
(Cloud) "Denzel had collapsed in front of Aerith’s church. That's why I thought Aerith lead him to me.”
Saying all that in one breath, Cloud looked away.
(Tifa) "You went to the church."
(Cloud) "I didn’t intend to hide it from you."
(Tifa) "You did hide it.”
(Cloud) "I'm sorry."
(Tifa) "I didn't say you couldn't go. But next time, I’ll also go together with you."
(Cloud) “Yeah.”
(Tifa) “And you’re wrong, Cloud.”
Cloud was dubious as he looked at Tifa.
(Tifa) "Aeris didn't mean to bring Denzel to you."
(Cloud) "Ahh, I only thought that."

She brushed away the dust on the family photo they took, then tried calling him. After several rings, the messaging service took over.

Though, I'm not sure what is best to put it as, so I just went with the phrase I think it's the most safe to put. After all, Cloud just simply implied that he will be together with Tifa in that sort of way.
