So uh, yeah. Fuck.
I think I like it, but my brain is broken. This must be how Cloud feels.

So, anything can happen now? I mean, they killed fate, essentially. Aerith might not die, but that doesn't mean someone else wont, so on and so forth.

Zack was a weird one, and it's the thing that I'm most unsure about. They surely can't do anything with him because the dude was turned into Swiss cheese in the past. I think it's more of a "what if" kinda thing.

Lots of cryptic shit from Sephiroth. Seven seconds until they end, and other stuff that I've forgotten.

Overall, great game. Loved quite a bit about it and didn't dislike a whole lot, but I don't see myself coming back to it like I'd come back to the original.

I wonder if you noticed anything interesting about those 3 colored Whispers you fought, as well? The ones who combined into Bahamut briefly.

Well, funny you mentioned coming back to it, because in June, if you haven't heard... :monster:

Also Hard Mode has an extremely interesting Super Boss that you should meet. It's not a Weapon but... It's something you'd recognize.

And I'm gonna drop something even weirder.

The Sephiroth encountered in Chapter 18 is not the same Sephiroth you encountered through the rest of the game.

And you should read the chapter/scenario descriptions of chapter 18. They offer at least a fleeting understanding of the last few moments there.

Sephiroth's words, "Careful now. That which lies ahead, does not yet exist" sure sound interesting...
Because fate has been fucked six ways from Sunday? All of the parties visions of the future might not happen now.

It's like when Sephiroth said "not yet" after they had their little moment. Him basically saying it ain't time for no omnislash boy. He's aware of his fate, but fate has been changed now.

Was that Sephiroth one of the clones by any chance?
There's like, a chart the explains all the different versions of him you see in the game somewhere. There's visions of him (chapter 2, notably) there's the Sephiroth Clones that can take on his appearance, there's flashbacks of him, and then there's the one from the end of the game, just listed as a question mark lol.

They resembled Cloud, Barret and Tifa I think. One had a sword looking thing (the one Cloud calls a bitch) another had a gun arm looking thing and I guess the other one is supposed to be Tifa.

So much Sephiroth, so little time. And only one Cloud to break.

Hehe..No..... They aren't Cloud, Tifa or Barret. Although many people thought that.

I'll give you a hint. They're left handed. You should Assess them too.

So the Sephiroth Copy you meet in Chapter 8? That's the guy in the pipe in the OG. "This guy are sick."

He's the one who flew away with Jenova.

The Sephiroth in Chapter 18 was last seen in a unique space called, "The Edge of Creation." Or in Japanese, "The End of the World." That's where Cloud had that final clash with him before he disappeared.... That place was the planet "7 seconds" from it's complete annihilation.

I find part 1 doesn't have the replayability because its so linear. I'm hoping part 2's world is more explorable kinda like OG was. That would help a lot.

I'm gonna stay the hell out of it, but feel free to fill me in on any reasonable theories, I'd like to hear them

Yeah... I said that and now I'm in weekly, occasionally daily, arguments over theories... its pretty much all I discuss. So, best of luck.
