Basically you need to be out of hp first XD
Also, geostigma is still a jenova thing, basically its her rot in the lifestream infecting living creatures, and having the immune system overreact or some such. Basically Jenova is still just a cancer festering in the world. Which I can tell without spoiling anything since it's not really explained very well in the movie, if at all.
