I was thinking that maybe Jenova's parastic form is actually an evil berserk form and her original goddess form is her true form.I am going with the idea that her original name was Juno but it has been lost to time.I think she is stuck in her parastic beserk form and it would take someone like a summoner or something to turn her back into what she orginally was.

If Sephiroth never was injected with Jenova's cells then he would have had black hair instead of white hair.It seems obvious his white hair came from Jenova so I think him having black hair if he never was injected would actually make kinda of sense.

Speaking of Sephiroth's looks, what would he have looked like if he wasn't injected by Jenova cells, d'ya think? He was after all, Hojo's son.

Wouldn't have had as many fangirls methinks.

But then again, Lucrecia was his mother.

I like to think he'd have black hair and a snidely whiplash mustache and goatee. :monster:

SOLDIERS used to have a regulation buzzcut until Sephiroth decided to grow his hair long and the rules went out of the window.

At the end of Episode Tseng, Veld gives Tseng a Full Cure Materia. In my headcanon, Tseng used this Materia's curative magic on himself both when he was injured in the Ancient Temple and after he was tortured by the Sephiroth remnants. In the case when he was injured by Sephiroth, the Full Cure spell gave him just the time he needed to survive until he was transported to the Junon hospital. After the torture put upon him and Elena by Kadaj, Tseng almost forgot about himself because he was busy healing Elena.

Rewatching the video where Veld gives Tseng the Full Cure Materia (see 4:25 ), Veld says "I want you to have it. Take care of it while I'm gone." This implies that Tseng would have returned the Materia once Veld got back, but I like to believe that in the long run Tseng got to keep the Full Cure.

Here's a headcanon of mine:
I always like the contrast between Aerith and Tifa, so I like to think that Aerith is a terrible cook, to contrast with the fact that Tifa is apparently a very good cook.

I actually think that when Sephiroth was sane he was great at cooking.Think about this since he was a war veteran he probably had to sometimes live off the land during some missions.

Another headcanon:

Despite Weiss being the most powerful of the Tsviets, Scarlet was always the most proud of Rosso. The two shared a nigh sexual lust for bloodshed that made Scarlet look upon Rosso as a daughter or younger sister, formed in the image of Scarlet's innermost desires.

If Scarlet had ended up in a scenario where Rosso was about to kill her, Scarlet could have saved herself some time by offering to hand over even more efficient and satisfying weapons for mass slaughter.

EDIT: In fact I think that a flashback scene between Rosso and Scarlet would help make Rosso a more interesting character.

Headcanon #2:
The dome where the Deepground city lies is a Spiran settlement. 2000 years prior to the game, Spirans, using some their still functioning machines, dug deep into the earth and settled underground to hide from Jenova. The Spiran tech is what's behind the city-encompassing holograms, the air being breathable etc. However the batteries they used ran out of power and so it was abandoned. When Shinra later discovered the underground dome, he had the Spiran machinery activated by hooking it to Mako. So the explanation that could make Deepground more believable is, essentially...

I also imagine that some machinery, like the elevator (where you fight Azul) that leads down to the city is of Spiran design. Same with the "suspended railway" Vincent use that takes him through the city.

Before getting to Azul, you can collect five "Top Secret Files". I have a fantasy where, in a rerelease of Dirge of Cerberus, these are readable files. These would tell how the underground dome was found, how the machinery was activated, and how speculations about the place being made by Cetrans quickly moved to speculations about "Others" being responsible due to the place being way too hi-tech to be of Cetran origin.

To connect the two worlds of Spira and the planet in Final Fantasy 7,I was thinking that maybe Yuna would have become the ancestor of Sephiroth. It would be ironic if such a well known Final Fantasy heroine had a descedent that became so evil.

Unlucky

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN
Anybody have a story behind the hole on Jenova's abdomen? My headcanon is that it's one of the damages the Cetras inflicted, and after Shinra found it, they made a huge heart (the one in front of the legs) from biological material, as well as the tubes attached to it (including the one inserted in the abdomen) to form a circulatory system to sustain it. Another headcanon is that it also has a single wing which was damaged in the fight against the Cetras, and what remains is the "skeleton".

I noticed though that Jenova Synthesis also has a seemingly hollow part on its abdomen, so maybe that's just how it looks like. :closedmonster:

Unlucky

Lulzy headcanon: Lucrecia was transformed into a hideous monster due to the Jenova cells in her body (credits to Tres for bringing this up). Instead of being encased in the crystal, she lingers around the cave and its surrounding areas, and had become an urban legend of sorts. Various stories have circulated about her origins, including being described as a mother looking for her child, or a woman who lost her lover, both of which have a hint of truth.

Of course this works on the premise that DoC never happened happened differently (she could be talking to Vincent in the cave but only her voice is heard; her monstrous form wouldn't be shown in the game and is left to the imagination). Also tro0 luv because Vincent still loves her (like he's any different from her anyway).

I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but one of my favorite pieces of headcanon involves the scene where Cloud's Mother is talking to him in their home. She mentions something like 'You should have an older girlfriend, one that will take care of you.' I always considered this to be a nod towards Aerith as she is very caring of Cloud's fragile heart and is indeed one year older than him.

Uh, Cloud's mom never met Aerith, so how could it be a 'nod' to her?

It's irony. Cloud's mom thinks he should have an older girl to look after him, Cloud meets just such an older girl (though I never got the impression Aerith was really all that into dedicating her life to caring for Cloud or any other guy) and then she
dies.

It could be the script writer making a nod to Aerith.

See, that makes sense, but I have no idea why it would fall into the nature of a 'headcanon'

It's a fairly obvious double reference because Cloud's mom wants him to get an older girlfriend (Why look, Cloud has just met an older woman interested in him!) but then, he's not interested, because, well, he already has his sights on a very particular younger girl/woman.

And his mom probably knows that as well. She might even be trying to subtly say 'I live next door, I don't want to have to deal with the pissed off Mayor. Find a nice Midgar girl, it'll save us all lots of trouble'
