It is. They're already calculating PS5 re-release, PC and potentially XBOX sales as well. That's why they are expanding the scope of the project. This is going to end up being the biggest moneymaker they've ever had and they already know it. It is a very exciting time to be a fan.

I think we can count on PS5/PC releases being announced. I'm hoping it's a definitive edition type deal. The fact that he said "contents" would lead me to believe they actually went back and used some of that massive revenue stream to create that scrapped Tifa chapter. But we shall see. Here's hoping!

Sal Romano from Gematsu says this is an inaccurate translation. According to him Toriyama doesn't specifically talk about new content being revealed. On ResetEra he shared his own translation:
