FFVII Remake: Intergrade Yuffie DLC Announced

I'm pretty sure it's merely going to be upgraded to match the Remake, which has made everything we've seen so far in FFVII look incredible in comparison. The locations and architecture will mostly be the same.

We just certainly don't need everything put through a light sepia filter in 2021. :monster:

I'm still surprised that so many people were so keyed into Leviathan being related to Wutai given the relatively low amount of lore and importance summons had in the original game...but you'd think this would have been the time to bust that out :lol:

I remember them saying in an interview there was a summon they wanted to include but decided against. I can't remember which one it was, but I would guess that one.

I haven't noticed this until someone pointed it out, there's no mention of the Photo Mode coming to the PS4 version on either trailers or the press releases. If that's the case then it's a total rip off and BS, not only you have to get a PS5 to get the Yuffie DLC (which is still bs) but also to get Photo Mode of all things. I can understand the graphics, fps and load time enhancements being behind a new machine, that's reasonable, but Photo Mode? Is it really that taxing for PS4? :@

One could argue that it will come to PS4, fine, but then why not mention it at all in the first place?

From what it seems, every new feature for Intergrade is optimized for PS5 and not PS4 so I doubt they’ll take individual new features and add them to the PS4 version

Vyzzuvazzadth/Cosmo Canyon Observatory made another (presumed) chronological order edit of the Yuffie DLC trailer which is helpful for studying and theorizing purposes.
Guess the big mech centipede-esque thing will serve as the final boss for the first chapter of the DLC and then the second chapter (which presumably hasn't been shown much) will lead Yuffie and Sonon from the trains to encountering DeepGround/Sector 0 somehow?

They see Tifa and Barret after the second bombing mission, which means platefall happens later that same night for them. The fight with the centipede robod appears later in the day, and if I remember right the blonde guy mentions rumors of the plate dropping in the Japanese version of the trailer. Chapter 2 might start around the time the attack on the pillar is happening? I'm just wondering how they end up in deepground.

Remember the Airbuster fight occurs during the night/early a.m. hours and Cloud later wakes up in the morning in Aerith's Church, so the Sector 7 plate fall doesn't occur during the same day/evening as when the second bombing mission started.

Yeah but they see Barret and Tifa AFTER air buster, presumably at around the same time Cloud is with Aerith, so it's the same day as the wall market stuff and plate fall.

Oh of course, but that would still be the morning/day after they started the second bombing mission. I wasn't sure if you were trying to say that the conversation Yuffie and Sonon was witnessing was the same day as when Barret and co. left the Sector 7 slums to travel to the Sector 5 reactor, because it has to be the next day chronologically.
