Yeh, pretty sure it's been confirmed that Ferrari designed all the secondary characters and main NPCs. No doubt under strict guidance from Nomura though

Browsing the field models in Makou Reactor, I can't find any NPC in OG who looks remotely similar to Madame M. So it appears that Madame M is a completely original character.

Incidentally, Fred is the same guy that did the voice for Loz in AC:C. Doesn't even sound the same. I wish, as I said above, that the trio had been shown in separate tweets like the other characters (such as Corneo and his lackeys). It just seems like they're always lumped together and SE doesn't show much of them as individual characters, each on their own. But hopefully they'll get their separate moments in the game itself.

I knew that they both sounded familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on who they were. I am glad that the Mark Hamill thing is done though, because I was certain it wasn't him, even if it was a sort of close. It's cool to finally get exposure for more of the VAs officially, even if there're still a couple unrevealed ones like Rufus we're expecting.

Interesting choice of pictures they used in the tweet. Didn't notice at first, but they got Jessie in there. So Cloud's got all three of his girls with him. And then there's Reno for the ladies to drool over. Funny that Seph didn't make the cut. You'd think his would have been one of pictures used, but it's nice that SE didn't go the entirely predictable way for this.

Except that she already gets a lot of attention and doesn't need extra repetition. So because of that, more should be given to those who don't get as much, to let them share in the spotlight for once and not let characters like her hog it all to themselves.
