So I was thinking a little bit about Aaron's blurb on his profile
The dark, shattered underbelly of the American Dream
I never really thought about it, but that statement holds true to a lot of people, especially nowadays. But I also never really thought about how the concept of the 'American Dream' was always sorta foreign to me. Even as a kid when I first heard of a the concept, especially being a minority, I was all like; "The American Dream? Sounds gay".
I dunno, I think the whole concept is, well, it was fine in the 50s, but nowadays? Fuck the 'American Dream', I make my own dream.
This of course is in no way directed
at Aaron (since I know what his intent is, but this is just an unrelated tangent), but yeah, like, the world owes me, you, or anyone else nothing. Want something? Grab it by the balls and take it, the world is yours.
and with that said I'm hungry as shit so let me grab some chicken real quick or somethin be back later guyz
