Incidentally when searching for ACF-related material on my computer I found a bunch of old saved thrads. May poast them later. Although they probably weren't very interesting to anyone who wasn't directly involved in them.

Um, yes. Pretty much all of them, apart from the ones that were pruned. See Fool's Gold's FCF archive. All threads before mid-March 2010 are saved there. The only things missing are posts that were truncated during the transition between databases due to differing character encodings between the two databases (so basically, anything that used accented characters, curly quotes, en dashes, etc.). I fixed some of them but there may be several still screwed up. Let me know if you find any and I'll fix them.

What are you waiting for? Update the article. Anyone can make an account and as long as you have an account you can edit. I'm probably going to make it slightly harder to register to prevent spambots from getting in so easily, but I haven't gone about doing so yet.

Nope, there were several backups. I lost the last five months of posts, because the most recent backup was March 2010. It turns out Tasha actually had a more recent backup than I did; I thought I was going to lose about a year's worth of posts.

Note that there are some sections you have to be logged in to view. I didn't want search engine spiders to index any forums that were originally private, for presumably obvious reasons, so all of those require you to be registered and logged in for you to be able to view them.
