I think a code for each area might be a bit too complicated. As long as we stick together once we meet, we shouldn't have a need for confirming identities later. Though I guess it couldn't hurt to have a chime to confirm it's us if we get separated. Maybe seven rapid chimes (for FFVII, naturally)?
The broken bridge area should definitely be our target meeting area, with a specific place in the area dedignated for meet-ups. I still think one of the corners would be best. There isn't really anything in the corners to draw someone who isn't looking to rendezvous.
Rather than just a chirping code, TLS members could just be sitting in the corner meditating (reminder: press select to meditate). Then the one to arrive could greet the meditator with the seven chirps. I like the corner over past the sand waterfall/hidden mural, but if someone else can think of a better suggestion than all this, I'm open to it.
With all this in place, we'll know more or less where to look and what to look for. If we all start playing at the same time, we'll know to log out of the Network and back in to try again if we don't have any luck on the first try.
Another tip that might help us narrow identities down: post here if your Journeyman has become transcended/white cloaked. Mine has, and I know several others among us are.
Also, for confirming identites after play, post your gamertag. Mine is GHMorrow.
Finally, what time would be most convenient for everyone to start playing? Tetsujin is several hours ahead of me on the east coast of the U.S., and Tennyo is three(?) hours behind me. We need a time that works for everybody.
